Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of antoniopereiraweb.co.uk and to services offered by Antonio Pereira, trading as Antonio Pereira Web ("Antonio").

Effective and last updated: .

Service provider and contracting party

Antonio is a sole trader established in Jersey, Channel Islands, and is the person with whom a client contracts. Antonio is not a registered company and does not have a company registration number or VAT number. The business location is Jersey, Channel Islands.

Forming an agreement

A website visit, enquiry, or free audit does not by itself create a paid-service contract. A service agreement is formed when the parties accept in writing the scope, price, timing, and any engagement-specific terms. If those written terms conflict with these general terms, the engagement-specific terms take priority for that service.

Service scope

Services focus on Google Business Profile and local visibility support for service businesses. Exact deliverables depend on the work agreed for a specific engagement.

No guarantee of rankings or enquiry volume

Antonio Pereira Web does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, booking volume, or any other commercial outcome. Search platforms and customer behaviour are outside direct control.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of their business information, access permissions they grant, and timely review of recommendations or requested materials.

Payment terms

Pricing and payment timing are confirmed before paid work starts. Setup fees are one-time charges. If ongoing support is agreed, the monthly rate and any introductory period are confirmed in writing before the service begins. When an introductory monthly rate ends, ongoing support continues only if the client chooses to keep the service running at the agreed standard monthly rate. Ongoing services may be paused or ended if payment is overdue.

Ending services

Either party may end ongoing services in accordance with the notice period agreed for the engagement. Ending services does not remove payment obligations for work already completed or costs already approved.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how remain the property of Antonio Pereira Web, while client-owned brand assets and account access remain the client's property.

Third-party platforms

Services may involve platforms such as Google, WhatsApp, and email providers. Antonio Pereira Web is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or decisions made by those external services.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy notice.

Formal notices and contact

Formal notices to Antonio must be sent by email to info@antoniopereiraweb.co.uk. Antonio may send a notice to the most recent email address the client supplied. A notice is treated as received when it is capable of being accessed, unless the sender receives a delivery-failure message.

General questions about these terms can be sent to the same address.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms, each service agreement, and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of Jersey. The courts of Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
