When you contact me I may collect your name, business/industry, and contact details (email or WhatsApp), plus any message you send. I use this to reply and provide quotes/support.

Contact forms are processed by Formspree. WhatsApp links open on WhatsApp’s platform. Marketing/measurement scripts (Google tag) load only if you accept.
Retention & requests
I keep enquiry messages only as long as needed for support and basic record-keeping. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing me.

2) What I provide
Digital services such as website design/build, basic SEO setup (meta tags/structure), domain email setup guidance, and optional automation guidance. Any timelines and deliverables are agreed in writing (email/WhatsApp) per project.
3) Quotes, payments & invoices
Quotes are provided in writing. Payment terms (deposit/milestones/final payment) are agreed per project. You are responsible for any third-party subscriptions you choose (domains, hosting, email providers, etc.) unless agreed otherwise.
4) Results / no guarantees
I follow best-practice and deliver the agreed work. However, I do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., rankings, leads, revenue), as outcomes depend on many factors outside my control.
5) Client responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use any text/images/logos you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final content before launch.
6) Changes & cancellations
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in your quote. Significant new requests may require an updated quote. If a project is cancelled after work has started, you may still be charged for work already completed.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. lost profits). I’m not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms (hosting, email providers, WhatsApp, Formspree, Google, etc.).
8) Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Jersey (Channel Islands), unless otherwise agreed.
9) Updates
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current version.
